About Me

Irvine-based developer who turned a coding hobby into a career. I build fast, accessible web apps with clean code and thoughtful UX—specializing in MERN and WordPress.

I first used Python for image analysis in a research lab seven years ago. During the pandemic, I revisited coding through FreeCodeCamp, then deepened my skills with Colt Steele’s bootcamp in 2021. To transition from bench research to tech, I completed UCI’s full stack bootcamp twice from March 2023–2024.

I currently freelance, build real-world projects, and stay current with new technologies. I'm excited to join a team where we can build something meaningful together.

Full-Stack Bootcamps

I solidified my development skills by completing two immersive coding bootcamps, where I built full-stack applications like BacklogBoss and TuneStack. These programs gave me hands-on experience with modern technologies and workflows in a collaborative, Agile environment, preparing me to deliver real-world web solutions from front to back.

7 Years of Coding Experience

My coding journey began seven years ago at UC Irvine, where I used Python for scientific image analysis and data visualization in a research lab. Over time, I expanded into JavaScript and MERN, and began managing full-stack environments using modern developer tools.
